| 内容記述 | 本稿は高齢社会を目前に急ピッチで高齢化対策を進める中国において、特に社区のガバナンスや住民参加の視点からその取り組みの実態を明らかにし、日本の地域福祉の経験等を参考にしながら課題に対して提言をおこなうものである。具体的には、日本の福祉コミュニティ形成に必要な構成要素からプロジェクト・デザイン・マトリックスを作成し、中国北京市の社区養老ステーション等における調査を通じて、克服すべき課題を明らかにすると同時に、5つの視点から提言を導き出している。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Ageing is becoming a serious concern in China and the Chinese government is promoting various measures to cope with this issue. This paper explores the situation of the community care in China, from perspective of governance and people's participation. Specifically, project design matrix was presented based on some factors, which is constructing welfare community in Japan, and interview was taken place in 8 institutions like community care station for the elderly. Through the interviews, this paper identifies some tasks to be solved, and also makes some proposals to construct welfare community in China. | |||||||||||
