| 内容記述 | 本稿では知的障害者家族に焦点をあて，先行文献から続柄間に共通してみられる要素と各続柄で固有にみられる要素を分析・考察した。その結果，貧困などのリスクが生じやすい，家族規範や社会的規範の影響を受けているという点が家族全体に共通していることが分かった。各続柄固有の要素としては，母親は母子密着の状態になりやすいということ，父親は他の家族成員より社会に目を向けているということ，きょうだいは親の考え方に影響を受けやすいことが明らかとなった。 以上のことを踏まえて今後求められる支援として，家族の負担軽減のために社会的ケアを推進することは重要であるが，その際に支援者は各家族の背景を理解したうえで，家族と障害者本人の両者の意思を尊重したケアの提供に努めなければならないと結論付けた。 |

| 内容記述 | This article focuses on families with intellectually disabled adult children, examining the previous studies for analyzing commonalities and differences in natures of family members according to the family relations to the adult children. The commonalities found are higher risks of poverty and higher influences of family and social norms across family members irrelevant to the relationships. Higher tendency for parent-child cohesion to be appeared for mothers, more socially oriented perspectives held by fathers, and higher influence by parents observed for siblings are the differences that became apparent. It is important to facilitate social care for the families to reduce their burdens, and during the services, social workers give importance to decision makings of both the families and the individuals with understandings in their family backgrounds and relations. | |||||
