| 内容記述 | There are explicit obligations for states to take any adequate countermeasures, to eliminate discrimination on the basis of disability by any person, organization or private enterprise. This paper deals with the question, what this means for private enterprises, especially how the indirect effect of international law concerning the protection of human rights works on private business. Based on practical examples if international jurisdiction and conventiones it also deals with the question, if and to what extent states have an obligation to put pressure on international companies to protect human rights. | |||||||
