| 内容記述 | 仙台で1999年に設立した(特非)まちづくり政策フォーラムは現在、コアメンバーの移動や転出、東日本大震災後の非営利セクターの変容などを経て、活動の停滞期にある。このような動きを踏まえて、NPO法制定後の法人動向を把握した上で、まちづくりNPOの特徴に関する先行研究の知見をまず整理する。次に、代表者の世代交代やミッションの継承等について、中小企業型の事業承継モデルの適用性を検討し、非営利性・公益性を有するNPO法人の事業承継の分析枠組みを提示する。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The NPO, Machizukuri Policy Forum, established in Sendai in 1999, is currently in a period of stagnation in its activities, having experienced the retirement and transfer of its core members and the transformation of the non-profit sector after the Great East Japan Earthquake. After grasping the trend of incorporated non-profit organizations since the enactment of the NPO law, we will first summarize the findings of previous studies on the community development NPOs. Second, we will examine the applicability of the SME-type business succession model for the generational change of representatives and the succession of missions to present an analytical framework for the succession of businesses of NPOs. | |||||||||||
