After grasping the trend of incorporated non-profit organizations since the enactment of the NPO law, we will first summarize the findings of previous studies on the community development NPOs. Second, we will examine the applicability of the SME-type business succession model for the generational change of representatives and the succession of missions to present an analytical framework for the succession of businesses of
