| 内容記述 | 本研究は，利用者本位の介護サービスのあり方に関する示唆を得るため，介護サービスの利用者の社会関係資本と生活満足度および人生満足度との関連を検討することを目的とした。A 県の30介護保険事業所における65歳以上の利用者を対象に，質問紙調査を行い，147名のデータを分析対象とした。調査内容は，基本属性，社会関係資本，生活満足度と人生満足度で構成した。全項目を投入してスピアマンの順位相関係数で検討した結果，介護サービス利用者の社会関係資本と満足度は有意な関連性が示された。家族，友人・知人，地域の人との交流などの社会関係資本が十分あると認識している利用者ほど，生活満足度および人生満足度が高いことが明らかとなった。これらから，利用者の社会関係を断ち切らない介護保険サービスの提供が求められること，地域に根差した施設づくりが重要であることを考察した。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | To present future directions for realizing user-oriented care services, we empirically examined the relationship between the social capital of long-term care service users and their life satisfaction and satisfaction with life scale. A survey was conducted of 147 individuals who were utilizing 30 long-term care service establishments. The items surveyed consisted of basic attributes, social capital, life satisfaction, and satisfaction with life scale. Analysis by using Spearman's rank correlation coefficient showed that the social capital of long-term care-service users was significantly correlated with their life satisfaction and satisfaction with life scale. It was clear that the more users recognized that they had sufficient social capital―such as interaction with family members, friends or acquaintances, and local people―the greater their life satisfaction and satisfaction with life scale. These findings indicate that long-term care services that do not cut off the social relationships of users need to be provided, and that it is important to create facilities that are rooted in the community. | |||||||||||||||||
