| 内容記述 | 地域活動の展開が異なる京都市都心部の２地区のコミュニティ調査を事例に,インフォーマルコミュニケーション(個人の近所づきあい)と,フォーマルコミュニケーション(住民自治やマンション管理運営の参加)の傾向を分析した。その結果,２地区の全体傾向は変わらないが,住民交流が活発な地区の地元住民(戸建て持家)層は,マンション居住者とのインフォーマルコミュニケーションやフォーマルコミュニケーションが活発であった。一方で交流機会の幅が広い地区の新住民(分譲マンション戸建て)層は,インフォーマルコミュニケーションやフォーマルコミュニケーションが活発であった。 | |||||||||||
