| 内容記述 | 近江商人野田六左衛門家は、1753年に酒造業とよろず卸し小売商を北関東の板鼻で開店した。四代目は放蕩のため当主の座を追われた。五代目以後は、分家を設けて経営陣を強化し、業績は回復した。また、従業員にも利益の一部を賞与として与えることによって、長期勤続の忠良な奉公人に恵まれた。経営陣の強化と良質な従業員という二つの経営要素があいまって、近代につづく野田六左衛門家の経営を支えたのである。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The family of Rokuzaemon Noda—an Ohmi merchant—began brewing and wholesale-and-retail business in Itahana, northern Kanto area, in 1753. Although Rokuzaemon Noda of the fourth-generation master was expelled from the family business for debauchery, the masters in the following generations restored the performance of the business by setting a branch family to strengthen the management team. Further, a part of the profit was awarded to the long-service employees, which assured their loyalty and extended services. The improved management team and the faithful employees have been the two key factors in the Noda family's success in business even in the modern times. | |||||||||||
