| 内容記述 | 平成12年の介護保険制度施行後、社会福祉制度が契約制度に変わったことにより、社会福祉法人は厳しい経営環境におかれている。福祉サービス提供の対価として収入を得るようになり、それに伴い自ら事業の経営を手掛けることとなった。慣れない経営の上、民間企業の参入も加わり、その環境は年々厳しくなっている。そこで、本論説では、社会福祉法人への経営手法としてBSCを用い、経営改善への一案を提案していく。BSCは元来企業が経営戦略を実現させていくためのモデルであるが、そこに本論説では新たな視点を加えた。社会福祉法人は、利用者の利益や地域社会への貢献をその目的とし、元来社会的弱者に対するセーフティネットの役割を担っている。そこで、「社会、公益性」を第5の視点として新たに加え、5つ目の視点を加えたBSCを社会福祉法人に適したモデルとして提案する。実際に社会福祉法人へ第5の視点を加えたBSCを導入し、社会福祉法人の経営手法としてBSCの有益性について検証を行った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | After the nursing-care insurance system enforcement of 2000, the social welfare corporation is established in the severe management environment by a social welfare system having turned into a contract system. I come to get an income for value of the welfare service offer and will deal with the management of the business with it by oneself. After the management that I am not used to, the entry of the private enterprise increases, and the environment becomes severe year by year. Therefore, by this article, I use BSC as management technique to the social welfare corporation and suggest one idea to management improvement. BSC was a model for a company to realize corporate strategy originally, but added a new viewpoint by this article there. The social welfare corporation the profit of the user and the contribution to the community them; is intended, and take a role of the safety net for the socially vulnerable originally. Therefore I add "society, public interest characteristics" as the fifth viewpoint newly and suggest BSC which increased the fifth viewpoint as a model suitable for the social welfare corporation. I introduced BSC which increased the fifth viewpoint into the social welfare corporation and really inspected it about utility of BSC as management technique of the social welfare corporation. | |||||
