| 内容記述 | 筆者は青年ボランティア達とともに2003年より定期的に京都府立医科大学病院ならびに京都府こども病院において、入院する児童を励ますための訪問活動を行ってきた。入院している児童は医療関係者や家族以外との接触は皆無で、長期に入院するする児童は成長に必要な刺激もなく、治療の先行きが見えないとよりいっそう不安な日々を送ることとなる。そのような中で青年ボランティア達が中心になって入院する児童を励ます活動を続けている。年に2回コンサートを開き、時には祇園祭を味あわせてあげようと夏祭りを企画、南観音山保存会など一般の方々を巻き込んで活動を続けている。この5年間の活動を振り返り、その実践内容と評価、そして課題を報告する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The present writer have done the visit activity to encourage the hospitalized child with the young person volunteers more regularly than 2003 in the Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine hospital and the Kyoto Prefecture child hospital. The hospitalized child doesn't have the human contacts other than the doctor, the nurse, and the family. Therefore, the child who does for it to be hospitalized at a long term doesn't have stimulation necessary for growth. And, If they do not see the future of treatment, children and the family spend uneasier every day. Young people are continuing the activity that encourages them for the hospitalized child. Authors are holding the concert for children twice a year. And, authors executed the summer festival for children last year. "Minami-Kannon-yama preservation association" cooperated in this festival. In this report, it introduces the content of the activity of "Give Kids the Dream" of five years, and it reports on the evaluation and the problem in the future. | |||||
