The hospitalized child doesn't have the human contacts other than the doctor, the nurse, and the family. Therefore, the child who does for it to be hospitalized at a long term doesn't have stimulation necessary for growth. And, If they do not see the future of treatment, children and the family spend uneasier every day. Young people are continuing the activity that encourages them for the hospitalized child. Authors are holding the concert for children twice a year. And, authors executed the summer festival for children last year. \"Minami-Kannon-yama preservation association\" cooperated in this festival. In this report, it introduces the content of the activity of \"Give Kids the Dream\" of five years, and it reports on the evaluation and the problem in the
