| 内容記述 | 本稿では，京都府のモスクを創設したビジネスマンを通して，地域社会において外国人がどのような他者とのつながりを模索しているのか，移民の利他精神にもとづく宗教的倫理、そこから引き出されるリーダーシップという視点に着目する。具体的には、来日の経緯と企業するまでのプロセス、モスクの創設、パンデミックにおける感染症対策、日本語教室や日本語学校の創設をとりあげ、危機をチャンスに変え、モスクが日本の社会問題を協働で解決していく場として開かれた可能性がある点を指摘する。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper examines how the migrant seek connections with others in the local community through a entreprenur who founded the Islamic Research Center Japan (IRCJ, also known as the Yawata Mosque) in Kyoto Prefecture. The study will focus on leadership and the religious ethics drawn from Islam, turning Covid-19 crisis into opportunity and opening the mosques as a place to collaboratively solve social problems in Japan. Specifically, this paper will focus on the process of migration and the process of establishing business and a mosque, countermeasures against infectious diseases during the pandemic, and the collaboration with the Japanese in education such as Japanese language classes and a Japanese language school. | |||||||||||||
