The study will focus on leadership and the religious ethics drawn from Islam, turning Covid-19 crisis into opportunity and opening the  mosques as a place to collaboratively solve social problems in Japan. Specifically, this paper will focus on the process of migration and the process of establishing business and a mosque, countermeasures against infectious diseases during the pandemic, and the collaboration with the Japanese in education such as  Japanese language classes and a Japanese language
