| 内容記述 | 本稿は、コロナ禍の影響について3年間にわたって行われた調査結果をまとめたものである。3年目のコロナ禍の影響は、直接的な要素から間接的な要素への移行したことが明らかになった。業務の変化は、経営者の早い世代交代、対面重視からインターネット利用型への移行が見られた。コロナ禍における京都市の中小企業は物心共に厳しい状況に晒され、継続意欲が萎える状態と耐えながら構造を変えつつ本質を継続するレジリエンスというの2つの状態があることが明らかになった。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper summarizes the results of a three year study of the effects of the Coronal disaster. In the third year, the effects of the Coronal disaster showed a shift from direct to indirect factors. Changes in business operations were seen in the early generational shift of management and the shift from an emphasis on face-to-face meetings to Internet use. It became clear that small and medium-sized enterprises in Kyoto during the Corona disaster were exposed to severe conditions, both materially and emotionally, and that they were in two states: one in which they lost the will to continue, and the other in which they endured, changing their structure and resilience to continue with their essential nature. | |||||||||||
