In the third year, the effects of the Coronal disaster showed a shift from direct to indirect factors. Changes in business operations were seen in the early generational shift of management and the shift from an emphasis on face-to-face meetings to Internet use. It became clear that small and medium-sized enterprises in Kyoto during the Corona disaster were exposed to severe conditions, both materially and emotionally, and that they were in two states: one in which they lost the will to continue, and the other in which they endured, changing their structure and resilience to continue with their essential
