| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，現代中国における高学歴女性の仕事や家庭生活に関する考え方，それらの選択肢を考察することである。具体的に，出産・育児経験の有無を中心に，高学歴女性を若年層女性と働く育児女性に分類して，半構造化インタビュー調査を行った。調査の結果，若者たちは，より熾烈な就職競争に直面していると同時に，不安定な雇用環境に置かれている。他方，育児女性たちは強く経済的自立が求められると共に，家庭内役割の大半を担っている。また祖父母世代からの育児支援を得ながら，自らの仕事量と労働時間を調整する。しかし，彼女たちは労働環境や労働条件に対して不満があっても，使用者との間で，集団的な労使交渉ルートを事実上保有していない点にある。したがって，自らの仕事に対する不満があれば，我慢するか，転職するかという2つの選択肢しか持てないことが分かった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper analyzes the attitudes of highly educated women in China towards their work and family lives, as well as the choices they make regarding these aspects. A semi-structured interview survey is conducted with highly educated women categorized into 2 groups: working young women and women who are both working and raising children, focusing on whether they have experienced childbirth and child-rearing. The results show that young women are confronted with fierce job competition and unstable employment conditions. Women working and raising children are expected to be economically independent and bear most of the family role responsibilities. While they receive childcare support from their grandparents’ generation, they also adjust their workload and working hours accordingly. However, despite their dissatisfaction with their work conditions, they lack a collective negotiation route with their employers. Consequently, they face the limited choices of either tolerating their current situation or switching to a new job if they experience dissatisfaction with their work. | |||||
