| 内容記述 | 本稿は、日台交流史にかかわる2つの調査プロジェクト（「同志社と台湾留学生」、「台湾シリコンバレーのルーツ探し」）の成果をリフレクティブに再検討するものである。2つのプロジェクトは、ともに台湾において日本統治期への歴史認識が大きく変化する2000年代に実施された社会学的調査であるとともに、研究者とインフォーマントの相互影響を積極的に活用しようとする「出会い型調査」の試みである。1つの「出会い」により、2つのプロジェクトは交錯し、それぞれの存在意義が明らかとなる。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to review reflectively the findings of two research projects related with the history of human exchanges between Japan and Taiwan: "Doshisha and Taiwanese students", "Tracing the historical roots of Taiwan's Silicon Valley". Both of two projects are characterized by sociological research conducted in the 2000s decade when historical perceptions to Japanese colonial rule changed drastically in Taiwan, as well as so-called 'encounter-type' field work in which researchers try to utilize mutual influence between them and their informants actively. Through an 'encounter', two projectes were unexpectedly connected with each other and their raison d'être became clear. | |||||||||||
