| 内容記述 | 昨今のわが国のゼロ金利・マイナス金利政策によるスポーツ振興基金運用益の縮小、及び財政面では対GDP比債務残高が先進諸国の中でも最悪レベルであることから、一般財源からのスポーツ振興政策向けの財源が伸びることは期待できない。そこで、本研究では、英国におけるソーシャル・マネーの取り込みを実践しているコミュニティ・スポーツ・トラストに注目し、その財源メカニズムの検討からわが国における導入の可能性を考察を行った。 | |||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Nowadays the economic environment surrounding sports may be affected by the effects of zero interest rates and negative interest rates, causing the reduction of investment profits from the Sports Promotion Fund, and on the financial side, debt to GDP ratio is the worst level among developed countries. Therefore, it cannot be expected that the general financial resources will increase for sports promotion policies. In this study, we focus on the Community Sports Trust, which is practicing social money in the UK, and consider the potential for implementation in Japan by examining its funding mechanism. | |||||||||||||||||||
