| 内容記述 | ロシア連邦のサハ共和国にあるネリュングリ炭田は世界有数規模の露天掘り炭坑で、日本の鉄鋼業のために開発された。しかし、 その採炭現場については, 鉄鋼業界のごく一部の人に知られているだけである.本稿は、現地調査と文献・統計調査を通じて、ネリュングリ炭田の開発史と2010年当時の状況を分析し、描写した。それとともに、ネリュングリ地区の社会経済状況一般についても、現地での共著者の見聞を述べた。判明したのは、現地の社会経済状況が極めて流動的であることである。 | |||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The Neryungri coalfield, located in the Republic of Sakha in the Russian Federation, was developed for Japan’s steel industry, and it is one of the largest open-cut coal mining pits worldwide. However, only a few people in the steel industry know about this coalfield. This study analyzed and described the history of development of the Neryungri coalfield and its situation as of 2010 through a field survey, literature review, and statistical analysis. Furthermore, the coauthor’s knowledge of the Neryungri area was used to describe its general socioeconomic situation. From this description it is clear that the socioeconomic situation of the area is very fluid and deeply depends on the future of the Elga coalfield. |
