| 内容記述 | 高齢者虐待の被養護者の大半が、要介護認定を受けているにもかかわらず、ケアマネジャーから、地域包括支援センター(以下、包括)へ相談、連絡に至る件数は十分ではない。その理由を追及し、今後の高齢者虐待対応に活かしていく必要がある。そのため、実際、高齢者虐待対応にあたっている社会福祉士と、包括の外部スーパーバイザーがケアマネジャーから、これまで相談、連絡があった高齢者虐待事例を振り返る作業を行った。その結果、養護者、被養護者の特性、また、置かれている状況に応じて、ケアマネジャーの高齢者虐待の捉え方に差異があった。さらに、ケアマネジャーへのインタビューからは、地域包括支援センターの虐待対応等の動きが「見えにくい」という指摘があった。以上のことを踏まえて、日頃のケアマネジャーからの包括への信頼が、高齢者虐待対応にリンクしていることが分かった。それゆえに、包括の役割である「権利擁護の実践」と「ケアマネジャーへの後方支援」の円滑な連動が求められることを再認識した。さらに、社会福祉士自身が、ケアマネジャーを「同じ相談援助の専門職」として捉えきれているのかといった「ケアマネジャーへの視点」を確認していく必要性を感じ、そのことが日頃の「ケアマネジャーへの後方支援」の振り返りになると同時に、「権利擁護の実践」につながることがわかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Although more than half of nursing-care recipients, who are victims of elderly abuse, have primary nursing-care-requirement authorization, the number of cases of care managers consulting with and contacting regional comprehensive support centers is insufficient. Reasons for this must be investigated to improve the situation of the abused elderly. To this end, past cases wherein a care manager dealing with elderly abuse has sought consultation or has communicated with a social worker and a social worker's supervisor have been reviewed. The findings established differences in the characteristics of both care givers and care recipients, as well as the approach taken by the care manager in response to the specific circumstances of each case. Additionally, interviews with care managers indicated that community comprehensive support centers take a rather "passive" approach to the abuse of the elderly. The findings suggest that the habitual level of trust in the community support center can directly influence the ways in which elderly abuse cases are handled, thereby reconfirming the necessity and importance of linking the protection of rights and logistic support for care managers, which are both functions of the community support center. This suggests the necessity of social workers themselves, confirming whether they fully view care managers as fellow consultation and support specialists (i.e., the necessity of confirming their perspective on care managers) and implies that this confirmation, at the same time as being a reflection of habitual logistic support for care managers, helps | |||||
