| 内容記述 | 学びが実践に応用できることを目指して,本学部の講義科目である「コーチング論」の内容を最適化し続けている.最適化のための内容は,つぎの通りである. (1) 学生が,指導とコーチングとの相異を理解できるようになる. (2) 学生が,専門とする競技種目の技術について,視点の異なる考え方ができる態度を身につける. (3) 学生が,スポーツコーチングからの視点による知識・技能の体系的・段階的な習得があることを理解できるようになる. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The author has tried to classify items or categories to study in our class. Coaching practices show a marked tendency toward instruction or command in Japan. So, optimizing the contents of class is to emphasize followings. 1. Students at the lecture become to be able to comprehend difference between instruction and coaching. 2. Students at the lecture become to consider their sports techniques from alter view points. 3. Students at the lecture become to be able to comprehend that many subjects they have studied are classified from view point of coaching practice. | |||||
