| 内容記述 | 本資料は、朝鮮学校への嫌がらせ事件について京都地裁でおこなわれている裁判のために書いた意見書を全文活字化したものである。前半は、朝鮮学校の現状に関する説明である。日本および朝鮮民主主義人民共和国のカリキュラムとの比較、教科書の歴史的な変遷、朝鮮学校の組織体系などについて論じた。後半では、まず日本における民族教育史をたどりながら、民族教育権という概念が弾圧と抵抗の歴史のなかで編み出されてきたことを論じた。次に、保護者が子どもの言語習得や自尊心の確立を願って朝鮮学校を選択していること、受け身ではなく自分たちの学校と認識しながら子どもを送っていることも述べた。その上で、本件が、歴史的にも他国との比較においても典型的なレイシズム事件に他ならないことを論証した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper is a proposal for a trial held at the Kyoto District Court on hate speeches to a Korean School in Japan. Firstly, I examined the present situation of Korean schools including comparison of their curriculums with that of Japan and North Korea, historical change of their textbooks, and organizations related to their education. Secondly, I argued that the concept of the right to ethnic education (minzoku kyouiku ken) has been worked out in the history of oppression and resistance of ethnic education by Koreans in Japan. Thirdly, I discussed that the parents have selected Korean schools hoping for the acquisition of Korean language and the ethnic pride, and that they recognize Korean schools as "our schools". Lastly, I demonstrated that the speeches and actions in Kyoto 2009 were the typical racist cases not only in historical perspective but in comparative perspective with the cases in the other countries. | |||||||||||||
