"本研究は,大学生を対象に合宿・自発参加型による構成的グループ・エンカウンター(SGE)を実施し,参加者の体験中のグループ過程や感情・生理,また,実施の前後での参加者の自己概念にどのような変化がみられるかを検討することを目的とした。29名(男子16,女子13)の参加者に対し,8つのセッションからなるSGE を実施し,開始から終了にかけてのグループへの被受容感,主観的感情,生理指標(血圧・心拍)を測定するとともに,開始および終了時に公的・私的自己意識,自尊感情,個人過程を測定した。その結果,まず,グループの信頼関係は初期の段階で構築されやすいこと,全体的には参加者の心理的安全感が確保されていることなどが示された。また,SGE 体験の前後で私的自己意識や自己露呈,自己歪曲,自己主張が高まり,それが2ヶ月後も持続されたことから,合宿型のSGE 体験を通して,自己への関心が高まり,ポジティヴな自己概念が形成・維持されていったと考えられる。", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]}, "item_1_description_13": {"attribute_name":
