| 内容記述 | 静岡県舞台芸術センター(SPAC)は同県が出資して設立した公立舞台芸術集団である。専属劇団があり,専用の劇場や稽古場を持ち,芸術総監督が率いる。運営主体,劇団,劇場の3つを兼ね備えている公立劇場は日本で唯一の存在である。しかし,SPACにはどのような人材がいるのか,資金調達状況はどうなっているのか? などについての先行研究はみられない。さらに芸術総監督が交代して2期目を迎えているのに,現状を分析した研究は極めて少ない。2012年がSPACの15周年にあたるのを機に調査を行い,変容と課題の解明を試みた。分析の結果,浮かび上がった1つは資金調達の苦しい現状である。2つには多様な文化政策人材が全国各地から静岡に集まっている状況を明らかにできた。最後に,寄付部門の新設,理事会等の組織見直し,地域社会との連携強化などの財政改善策を指摘し,3つの提言を示した。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Shizuoka Performing Arts Center(SPAC) is a group which Shizuoka Prefecture founds . This is the only public group in Japan that has financial and administrative autonomy, its own theatrical company and a special theater. SPAC displayed various activities from 1997. However, little is known about the talents and the finance of SPAC. We illuminate the recent changes and the problems of SPAC. As a result, we firstly examined the cause of the financial problems, secondly presented the actual situation where a lot of talented person of cultural policy assembles in Shizuoka, and finally proposed financial remedies such as foundation of a new devision of contributions,reorganization of the board of directors,and reinforcement of the solidarity with regional community. | |||||||||||||
