| 内容記述 | 本稿は、わが国の地域文化政策のあり方について、演劇を事例にまとめたものである。考察にあたり、はじめに、演劇の定義や社会的効用について、先行研究をふまえながらまとめた。次に、演劇の振興をはかるうえで重要な役割を果たすこととなる行政と劇団については、いずれも筆者の活動フィールドであることから、その現状の整理と課題の析出に多くの分量を割いた。そのうえで、地域文化政策のあり方を提示した。本稿では地域文化政策を論じるうえで協働という概念を採用しており、協働する主体を「行政」「劇団」「アートNPO」「企業」の4つとした。また、協働のあり方については、それぞれが他の協働主体に対し、どのようなコンテンツを提供することが必要かという観点から論じた。特に、行政や劇団、アートNPOについては、アウトリーチとよばれる活動に焦点を当て、そのうえで協働主体としてのあり方を提示した。その際、筆者みずからが参加した関連活動における事例をいくつか紹介した。最後に、4者が協働による地域文化政策において果たすべき役割を、主体間の相互作用も含めて明らかにしたうえで、今後の展望と課題を示した。本稿は2009年6月27日、28日両日に、大阪市立大学にて開催された日本演劇学会全国大会において、筆者がおこなった研究発表に大幅な加筆修正を加えたものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | I argue in my paper the local cultural policy, especially theater arts , in Japan. First, I review the previous research to define social effects by theater arts . Second, I discuss about the administrative policy of local government and the situation of the theatrical company from my action research. In this paper, "collaboration" is the key concept for an appropriate cultural policy agreement with local government, theatrical company, nonprofit organization in Arts and profit organization. This kind of collaboration brings about cooperation to share the each contents and ideas each other. And this paper feature the action which is called "outreatch" by collaboration among stakeholders in my practices as the cases. Finally, I show the the roles of collaborators in a local cultural policy, especially theater arts . Incidentally, this paper is based on the my presentation in the Japanese Society for Theatre Research annual conference 2009 on June 27-28 at Osaka City University. | |||||
