"同志社大学大学院総合政策科学研究科では、イタリアで発祥した「スローフード運動」関係者・関係機関との交流を2006年より行ってきた。これは本研究科のソーシャル・イノベーション研究コース(以後、SI研究コース)開設にあたり、「いのちと農と食」の問題を重要かつ優先すべき社会的課題としてとらえ、その解決のための取り組みの思想的バックボーンとしてスローフードの理念に大いに共感したことによる。2007年6月には本研究科と「食科学大学(Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche:以後UNISGと表記)」が学術交流協定を締結し、そしてUNISGの海外研修旅行(Stage)の訪問先に日本・京都が選ばれ、本研究科が2007年6月、2008年6月の2回、研修プログラムを提供した。本稿ではその経緯と成果について報告する。", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]},
