| 内容記述 | 本研究で、アーティストの創作過程は、拡散的思考・あたため・収束的思考から成り立っていることを確認した。 そして、アーティストの創造過程を追体験できる人材開発ワークショップは、被験者の創造性、ポジティブ感情を向上させた。 また、ネガティブ感情および人生満足度と創造性の関係は、統計分析の結果からネガティブ感情が高ければ創造性は低く、人生満足度が高い場合も創造性は低くなることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The study confirmed that the creative process of an artist consists of divergent thinking, incubation, and convergent thinking. The human resource development workshops, which allowed participants to relive the creative process of the artists, improved the creativity and positive emotions of the subjects. The relationship between negative emotions, life satisfaction, and creativity was also examined, with the results of the statistical analysis suggesting that creativity is lower when negative emotions are high, also when life satisfaction is high. |
