| 内容記述 | 2004年の法人化以降20年間における国立大学法人の会計基準、財務状況、運営費交付金の配分方法等の歴史的推移をまとめた。全体として、1)国立大学法人の大学類型間で財務状況の格差があり広がっている点、2)財務省からの圧力により競争的・傾斜的な公財政負担の配分が強まっている点、3)国立大学法人特有の会計処理と最近の会計基準改訂動向などを明らかにしている。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper summarizes the historical transition of accounting standards, financial conditions, and allocation methods of operating grants for national university corporations over the 20 years since their incorporation in 2004. Overall, it highlights: 1) the widening gap in financial conditions among different types of national university corporations, 2) the increasing pressure from the Ministry of Finance resulting in a more competitive and selective distribution of public finance, and 3) revealing specific accounting practices unique to national university corporations and recent trends in accounting standard revisions. | |||||||||||||
