| 内容記述 | 本研究は，現在の中国上海市における社区居宅養老サービスをめぐるネットワークをサービス関係組織間の連携の視点でとらえ，既存のサービス供給システムを踏まえ，ネットワークにおける社区居宅養老サービス関係組織間の連携・協働の実態と課題を明らかにした。その結果，既存のネットワークづくり実践における課題について，【政策立案者と現場の支援者の立場の対立】【サービスの入札体制の公平性問題】【潜在化する支援困難事例】，【社会資源の調整や連携における課題】という4つの概念的カテゴリーが抽出された。それらの課題を解決するため，①支援現場の状況を十分に反映させる場を構築すること，②独立したネットワーク間の狭間を埋めること，③地域全体に対応可能な重層的なネットワークづくりの仕組みを構築すること，という3点を提示した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This research examines the current network surrounding community-based elderly care services in Shanghai, China, from the perspective of collaboration among organizations related to social home elderly care services. And based on the existing service supply system, this research clarified the current status and issues of cooperation and cooperation among organizations related to community-based elderly care services in the network. The results reveal five conceptual categories of challenges: (1) conflict between policymakers and on-the-ground supporters, (2) fairness in the bidding system for services, (3) potential support difficulties that may not be immediately visible, and (4) problems related to coordination and collaboration of social resources. To address these challenges, the study suggests three approaches: ① establishment of a platform that fully reflects the situation on the ground, ② fill the gaps between independent networks, and ③ creation of a multi-layered network-building mechanism that can respond to the needs of the entire community. | |||||
