| 内容記述 | 我が国における人口構成の激変は、一般には「少子高齢化」問題としてクローズアップされているが、近年、大阪市のような大都市では、一部都心に人口回帰がおこっているとともに、それを取り囲むインナーシティの地域では、複雑で複合的な都市問題が課題として残っている。これらの人口変動による社会変化は、犯罪現象にも影響を与えるものと考えられる。そこで本稿では、大阪市において、どの年齢層の人たちがひったくりの被害者となっているかについて、これまでの犯罪統計の研究では殆ど取り上げられることのなかった発生統計データを「地域人口特性」と「被害性向」に分解するところの、新たな測定指標である「ターゲット率」に基づき分析した。その結果、各エリアのひったくり被害性向を明らかにすることによって、ひったくりのような都市型犯罪の発生要因として「人口特性」と「被害性向」が影響しているとの知見を得ることができた。本稿における、人口変動とひったくり犯罪の被害性向の分析による「各エリアのひったくりの被害者の年齢特徴」と、筆者が従前より開発した、被害者シチュエーションモデル分析による「各区の被害モデルの被害者の年齢特徴」について比較したところ、その結果はほぼ類似しているので、被害者シチュエーションモデル分析による「仮説」の有効性を確認することができる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Radical change in demographic composition in Japan is generally represented as a "declining birthrate and aging population" problem. In recent years, increasing number of people are returning to the city center in urban areas like Osaka city while complicated and compositive urban problems still remain in the inner city area. Therefore, social changes caused by the population change can be presumed to have influence on crime phenomena.In this study, what specific age-group tends to become snatching victims in Osaka city was analyzed based on "target ratio", a new measured index. With this new index, the occurrence statistics data, which had rarely been dealt in the crime statistics study, was decomposed into "community population characteristics" and "victimization tendency". As a result, they are found to have influence on the crime occurrence factors of urban crimes such as snatching crimes by clarifying the victimization tendency of snatching crimes in Osaka.In addition, comparison between "age characteristics of snatching victims" analyzed by population change and victimization tendency of snatching crimes described in this study and that analyzed by the victim situation model analysis which the writer had previously developed has shown a lot of similarities.This result confirms the effectiveness of the "hypothesis" made by the victim situation model analysis. | |||||
