JISMOR","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ムスリムが多様性の管理に成功してきたことは歴史が証明している。イスラームの政体はこれまでに1度として、ムスリムだけの共同体の構築を試みたことはなかった。アンダルシアからインドに至るまで、ムスリムの支配が及んだ地域では開かれた文明が構築され、多様な文化的背景を持つ住民が平和的に共存していた。イスラーム法では、アーダミーヤ(宗教の違いにかかわりなく人間であること)という概念を軸に、権利と義務が定められている。アブー・ハニーファを始祖とするこの伝統は、オスマン帝国と現トルコ共和国におけるイスラームを普遍主義的視点から解釈するための基盤となっている。独裁を排し民主主義に移行しようという動きがムスリム世界で加速している今、統一と自由と正義を何よりも重んじるイスラームの政治的理想と価値観がようやく実現されようとしている。イスラームには普遍主義的特徴を色濃く持つ政治的伝統がある。直近の代表的な事例がオスマン帝国時代のカリフ制であるが、この制度が多元的性質を受け継いでいることは、実はあまりよく知られていない。多様性や開かれた文明におけるイスラームの統一は、重層的なイスラーム思想の中にルーツを持つのである。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_13":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"特集
