JISMOR","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ユダヤ教における他者に対する態度は、神話、説話、伝説、そして法に基づいている。[他者との]差異化の話はユダヤ教の中心を占め、ユダヤの法とアイデンティティーを形づくってきた。それは、明示的には聖書とラビの規定を通して、また暗黙裡には説話を通して作用する。ユダヤ人は部族、祭司的所属、性別、またユダヤの慣習の形式と程度により[ユダヤ人内部においても]差異化される。非ユダヤ起源[の研究者]はユダヤ起源の重要性をごく稀にしか捉えず、大抵はアマレク人やモアブ人に対する言及のように明示的な聖書的禁止命令との関係において触れる程度である。我々は最初に、ユダヤ人の伝統がどのように共同体の境界を定め、他者、すなわちユダヤ人と非ユダヤ人をどのように定義するのかにつき見ていきたい。次に、ユダヤ人とムスリムの相互交流についての歴史的状況と、ユダヤ人の伝統(すなわちユダヤ法とユダヤ人の態度)がムスリムという他者にどう関わってきたかにつき考察する。本論文は、ユダヤ人の他者としてのムスリムに対する認識に中東紛争が与えた影響について、二、三の論評をもって結論とする。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_13":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"特集
