In this study, particular attention was paid to servant leadership and the Big Five personality trait factors. The survey yielded 500 valid responses. Multiple regression analysis of the collected data revealed that servant leadership has a statistically significant positive influence on the followership behavior of both passive loyal and integrative types. On the other hand, non-servant leadership was found to have a statistically significant positive influence on active loyal followership behavior. Some discussion was then added to the study, along with the influence by the Big
