The survey yielded 500 valid responses. Multiple regression analysis of the collected data revealed that the higher the supervisor's work engagement, the higher the subordinate's work engagement. Similarly, it was found that the higher the workaholism of the supervisor, the higher the workaholism of the subordinate. Subsequently, some discussion was added based on these
