The advantages of face-to-face classes include understanding the content and deepening one's thinking, exchanging opinions among students through group work, and asking questions directly to the lecturer before and after class. On the other hand, the disadvantages of face-to-face classes is that students need help understanding the content of the course when the content is complex or when they miss a question or are absent due to infection. Students also pointed out the burden of commuting to school. In the future, face-to-face classes in classrooms will extend beyond the transmission of knowledge at universities. Still, they will promote deeper learning through interaction between instructors and students and between students.
