To this purpose, this paper re-evaluated international aid to the Kyrgyz Republic after independence. In the process, we introduced the theoretical framework of international assistance and the perspectives of donors, recipient governments, and residents of the recipient countries. While pointing out the problems of the Kyrgyz government as the recipient country, this paper also clarifies that the donor side lacked the perspective to question the effects of aid from the perspective of the direct beneficiaries and that this has created problems., application/pdf},
