| 内容記述 | 本稿では，韓国における里親制度の充実化に資することをねらいとし，「里親制度の法的・制度的な位置づけ」「里親委託率及び里親率」から里親制度の現状を概観した。その上で，里親制度の仕組みとして「里親の要件及び教育内容」「支援機関及び支援内容」に焦点を当て，その内容を概観した上で今後の課題について検討した。その結果，「低い里親委託率及び低下し続けている里親率」という里親制度の現状，「不十分な教育時間及びカリキュラム」「不十分な職員の数と不便なアクセシビリティ」「里親手当の低さ」という課題を明らかにすることができた。今後は，前述した課題の具体的な解決方法について検討していく必要があるだろう。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper provides an overview of the current foster care system situation in South Korea from the perspectives of "legal and institutional status of the foster care system" and "foster care placement rate and foster care rates," to contribute to the enhancement of the foster care system in South Korea. Based on this, after presenting an overview, we examine future issues, with a focus on the "requirements and educational content of foster care" and "support organizations and support content" as the frameworks of the foster care system. As a result, we could identify the current foster care situation, namely, the "low foster care placement rate and continuing decline in foster care rates" and issues of "inadequate education hours and curriculum," "inadequate staff and inconvenient accessibility," and "low foster care allowances." In the future, it will be necessary to consider specific solutions to the aforementioned issues. | |||||
