The pictures pasted on the folding screens and sliding doors have been peeled off. There are twenty-four. It is estimated to have been produced in the middle of the Edo period. The purpose of this paper is to identify scenes from The Tale of Genji and position them in the genealogy of Genji-e. Although these paintings are clearly not the work of a famous painter, they help give an idea of the breadth of Genji paintings in the Edo period. This time, we will take up paintings by Kiritsubo, Utsusemi, Wakamurasaki, Suetsumuhana, Hananoen, Sakaki, and Hanachirusato. There are two pictures of Utsusemi, but each of the others is
