世紀フランスにおける都市問題を取り上げ，流刑へと発展する過程を見ていく。同時に，フランスが太平洋に帝国領土を拡張する流れを辿り，ニューカレドニア流刑地が誕生するプロセスを明らかにする。この時，フランスの都市問題と帝国拡大の思惑が重なるのである。そして，ニューカレドニア流刑の理想と現実を確認し，日本人移民到着に至る歴史を示す。第一回移民の募集は，明治政府の後ろ盾のもと，九州の男性を対象に約一ヶ月という短期間で行われた。本研究はこれまで個別に扱われてきたニューカレドニア流刑と日本人移民の歴史を接合させ，一国史的に認識されてきたニューカレドニア史を描き直す試みである。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1_description_13":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"特集
