Disorder:以下,ADHD)は発達障害の1つで,不注意症状と多動・衝動症状がある。一般に発達障害にはスペクトラムがあり,診断が下されない場合でも発達障害の傾向を有している可能性がある。本研究はADHD傾向を有している大学生に対し,アクセプタンス&コミットメント・セラピー(Acceptance & Commitment
