This study examined the involvement of the nucleus of the solitary tract (NST) of the brain in ABA model rats. In the first experiment, based on the hypothesis previously formulated by the author, naloxone was microinjected into the NST. This was to determine whether the opioid worked in the central or peripheral mechanisms. In the second experiment, based on the results of the first experiment, the NSTs of rats were lesioned and the effects were
