However, the Kyrgyz Republic faced a series of political, economic, and social problems in the 2000s, which appeared in the form of repeated "revolutions". Why didn't economic development and mature democracy aimed through international aid come true in the Kyrgyz Republic? Why does international aid to the Kyrgyz Republic not so effective? Trying to find out an answer to this question, this paper clarifies what kind of knowledge existing research could provide and what kind of challenges are remained.
