First, he upset the House of Representatives by criticising the ruling Seiyukai as a disgraceful majority. Second, he insinuated the government's mistake in the process of the Japan-China postal agreement. Furthermore, he charged the injustice of the Navy Minister about dishonest acts in the process of building the warship Amagi. Finally, he called for a no-confidence vote on the Cabinet. Consequently, his political activities were widely reported by the mass media. It seems to be a cool tactic as a performance ahead of universal
