| 内容記述 | 5軸制御マシニングセンタで創成される小型高強度スパイラルベベルギヤの開発を進めている．本報では，ボールエンドミルで加工された歯元応力の低減のため歯幅両端にリブを付与したスパイラルベベルギヤを提案する．曲がり歯においてリブが歯元応力に与える影響を考察し，提案するリブ付きスパイラルベベルギヤのリブの効果を示す．その結果，歯幅両端にリブを付与した小型高強度スパイラルベベルギヤの設計に対するガイドラインが明らかになった． | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | We have developed a small size and high strength spiral bevel gear fabricated by five axis controlled machining center. In the present report, we propose a novel spiral bevel gear with the rib at the end of face width to reinforce the tooth bending strength, which is machined with a ball-nose end-mill tool. We investigate the influence of the rib on the bending stress at the curved tooth root along the tooth width and demonstrate the effect of rib reinforcement at the proposed spiral bevel gear. As a result, a novel guideline is found to design the small size and high strength spiral bevel gear with the rib at the end of face width. | |||||||||||||||||
