It was found that those who teleworked for the first time after the declaration of the state of emergency exhibited confusion and difficulty associated with working, and the boundary between work and life became blurred. In addition, the burden on women in the child-rearing phase increased because they had to take on the role of supervising their children's learning and daily life concurrently due to school closure. However, the teleworking experience had a positive impact on pregnant women as they gradually returned to work and reconsidered the norms of long working hours that they had internalized., 論文(Article), application/pdf}, pages = {165--186}, title = {緊急事態宣言下におけるテレワークを行う女性のワークライフバランス : オンラインインタビュー調査を通じて}, year = {2021}, yomi = {イケダ, リエコ} }
