| 内容記述 | 現在の社会に求められるコミュニティ像とは何なのか，これまでの福祉コミュニティ論の研究の変遷を基に，引き継がれるべき重要な視点を整理した。また，ガバナンスの「場」を通じて個人と地域コミュニティ双方が連動しながら互いに成熟することが求められ，福祉コミュニティは常に動的であり深化するものであることを指摘し，新たな福祉コミュニティのかたちを導き出している。実践において，手段の一つである地域福祉活動計画を取り上げ，その方法論の改善のために，ロジック・モデルの考え方の活用を試みた。評価の基準となる指標を検討し，最終的にプロジェクト・デザインとして，福祉コミュニティのロジカル・フレームワークを提示している。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | It will be difficult to build "Inclusive Community" without considering about welfare community. How is the picture of welfare community reflecting situation now in Japan? Based on the transition of study about welfare community, three notable points were derived. Besides, it was indicated that individual and community should be developed by interacting mutually through the opportunity of governance, and pointed out that welfare community is always dynamic and deepened by this interaction. In the practical stage, it was suggested to revise a community activity plan by using an approach of logic model as one of the methods. Indicator of evaluation was also discussed and logical framework of welfare community was presented as a project design. | |||||||||||
