| 内容記述 | 社会福祉士の実習における「現場実習」段階は，施設で過ごす利用者や，そこで働く職員を知る時間であり，実習全体の基盤となる段階である。その際，重度の障がいがある利用者が過ごす施設では，ケアワーカーに実習生の「担当」をしてもらうこともある。担当となったケアワーカーは，実習生にケアワークの何をどのように伝えていくのか，自らの判断に委ねられ，悩ましいところである。実習指導者は，担当のケアワーカーに「ある程度の裁量」を求めているが，その曖昧さが，ケアワーカーの迷いにつながっている。特に，実習生にケアワークの実際をどこまでみせるか否かは，利用者の権利にかかわってくるため，迷いも募る。また，利用者のそばにいることが多いケアワーカーの実践を見学することを通して，実習生は利用者理解を深めることができる。そのため，実習指導者は，実習生の指導に当たって，ケアワーカーと連携していくことが求められる。具体的には，施設外での学びの機会が多い社会福祉士と，利用者の日常を支えるケアワーカーとの情報量の違い，解釈の違いを理解する。そして，常勤，非常勤職員も含めて，わかりやすく情報を伝達していく。さらには，組織として，実習生を任されたケアワーカーの戸惑いを支える体制づくりが求められる。 実習生に利用者理解を促すためにも，介護現場に多く配置されているケアワーカーが実習生の指導に対してどのように思っているのか，その声を，今後も聞き続けることが大切となる。 |

| 内容記述 | For social workers, on-site training is the foundation of practical training. It allows them to interact with staff members and the patients who spend time at the facilities, including those with severe disabilities. Occasionally during this training period, care workers are placed in charge of trainees. They decide how and which aspects of care work to convey to trainees. However, this position can be troublesome for care workers. The practical training leader is a social worker who seeks "a certain level of discretion" from the person supervising the trainees. This vague expectation leads to hesitation by care workers. Trainees can deepen their understanding of patient care by observing how care workers work with them. Therefore, it is critical for practical training leaders, who are also social workers, to collaborate with care workers in guiding trainees. Specifically, they need to understand the differences between social workers, who have many opportunities to learn outside the facilities, and care workers, who support patients' daily lives. They also need to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner for both full-time and part-time employees. Finally, creating a supportive system as an organization is vital for care workers entrusted with trainees, to deal with their hesitations. To encourage trainees to understand patients, it is important to continue to listen to what care workers, who are often stationed at nursing care centers, think about the training provided to the trainees. |
