| 内容記述 | 本稿は中国の介護市場に進出した日本式介護の展開から中国の介護観を考察したものである。介護観は介護士の介護行動を影響するため，外国人介護士の受け入れ側として，送り出し諸国の仕事観や生活習慣，文化，介護観について学ばなければならない。日本式介護の展開の経験を通して，日本が外国人介護士を受け入れる際に参考できる点を明らかにした。一つ目は，介護実践において，口頭での研修よりOJT（On-the-Job Training）を通しての教育が有効である。二つ目は，日本の介護理念を効果的に浸透するために，「このようにケアしてください」と伝えると同時に，「なぜこのようにケアをするか」も伝えるということである。これらのことは，外国人介護士受け入れのために必要なことである。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This research note is to consider China's concept of nursing from the development of Japanese-style nursing care that has entered the China's market. Since the concept of nursing affects caregiving behavior, it is necessary to learn about the concept of work, lifestyle, culture, and the concept of nursing as sending countries that accepts foreign caregivers. Through the experience of practicing Japanese-style nursing care, we clarified the points that Japan can refer to when accepting foreign caregivers. First, in nursing practice, On-the-Job Training is more effective than oral training. Second, it is important to tell "Why do you take care in this way" at the same time as telling "Please take care in this way" in order to effectively permeate the Japanese philosophy of nursing. These things are necessary for accepting foreign caregivers. | |||||||||||
