| 内容記述 | 我が国は今、知識基盤社会の到来のもと、グローバル化、少子高齢化、情報化の進展によって、数年先ですら社会の変化を正確に予測することが難しくなってきている。このような社会を迎え、学校教育の充実こそが、我が国の将来の姿を左右すると言っても過言ではない。中でも、教育環境や学校組織の充実とあわせて、教育の直接の担い手である教員の資質能力の向上が最も重要である。そのためにも、教員養成を担う大学等における教職課程の改革が急務とされ、優れた資質能力を身に付けた教員を一人でも多く養成し、学校現場に送り出すことが求められている。そのような中、中教審答申『これからの学校教育を担う教員の資質能力の向上について（平成27年12月21日）』において、「学校インターンシップ」が、教員養成課程における位置づけを得た。 このような状況のもと、本学では、2019年（平成31年）度より正課科目『スクールインターンシップ』を開講した。本稿を通して、本学におけるスクールインターンシップの概要と開講１年目の成果と課題を考察することで、さらに効果的な実施に向けて工夫・改善に努めたいと考えている。 |

| 内容記述 | With the advent of a knowledge-based society, it is becoming increasingly difficult in Japan to accurately predict the changes in the society even in the coming several years due to globalization, an aging society with a low birth rate, and the advances in information technology. It is no exaggeration to say that the future of our country depends on the quality of school education in such a society. In particular, it is of the utmost importance to improve the quality and abilities of teachers, who are directly responsible for education, in addition to improving the environment for education and school organization. For this reason, there is an urgent need to reform the teacher training courses at universities and other institutions that are responsible for training the teachers, and it is considered necessary to train as many teachers with excellent quality and abilities as possible and send them to the field of school education. In the meantime, a report by the Central Council for Education titled 'Improvement of the Quality of Teachers Responsible for Future School Education (December 21, 2015)' specified the position of "school internships" in teacher training courses. Our university opened 'School internship' in 2019 as a regular course under these circumstances. In this article, I would like to help take further creative measures and efforts to implement the school internship at our university more effectively through examination of the outcomes and challenges derived from its first year, in addition to providing an outline of the school internship. |
