In this study, experimental study and FEM analysis were conducted to clarify the effect of the groove provided in the mold and the thickness of the mold on the temperature distribution. The groove on the power supply side and the control of mold thickness depending on the position of the mold suppress the non-uniformity of temperature distribution on the mold
